Lee Wharf Stage 3 consists of 70 luxury apartments, 12 commercial suites, 11 ground floor retail/restaurant spaces, a single-story glass pavilion and the restoration of the former Lee Wharf C railway storage shed which will soon house a boutique hotel and restaurant. The completion of Lee Wharf will include an extension of the harbour promenade from Newcastle Beach to Honeysuckle.
