The overall development consists of five separate buildings. The work is broadly staged building by building. These works involve the installation of air conditioning systems to 52 Apartments, together with ventilation systems to the apartments.
The system provides for multiple indoor units connected to one outdoor unit and allows separate air conditioning systems in different spaces. In these apartments the Living Area and Bedroom 1 are each under separate control.
These systems are inverter style Multi-Split reverse cycle units with condenser units mounted on the roof plant area.
Split System air conditioning to all other apartments – Fujitsu wall mounted, reverse cycle split systems. The outdoor units (Condenser units) are mounted on the roof plant area. The indoor units are wall mounted.
